Here's a tip. Go out and buy the new book about the High Line--High Line: The Inside Story of New York City's Park in the Sky. My photographs also feature prominently! Get your copy here.
The winner of the Quik Pro NY was the solid-surfing up-and-comer, Owen "don't call me Wilson" Wright. He's been nipping at Slater's heels all season, and had previously just lost out to him out at Teahupoo. Owen surfs big and has a bright future.
Timothy Schenck is a New York City-based photographer shooting a little bit of everything. He does not enjoy talking about himself in the third person.
