If you follow the online conversations about photography, as I do, you keep hearing about how photography is over and that photography is no way to earn a living. I'm not worried about photography being over. Do you think Picasso worried about painting being over? And I suppose if you see photography as just another job you could do to pay your bills, you probably will have a tough time making a successful living. If you truly want to be something, you have to live it, and if you live it and breathe it and you become it and it becomes you, you will find your success by whatever measure you find most relevant and satisfying.
